While we're talking about Mr Pollock.I've probably been his biggest critic on here, i think that some of his performances have been very poor. However credit where its due , yesterday he allowed the game to flow, trusted the players a lot more and by and large got all the big decisions right. I thought he handled the whole thing very competently.

Probably a response to: 1) Being on Telly; 2) To show the League he should have been made up to a League ref; 3) The threat of a pitch invasion carrying him off to the English Bridge for a dip! ;D

thought he had a good game.
he got most things right, and wasn't too fussy - let the game flow. having seen the highlights, I think he got the Hendon goal line clearance right (although I was sure it was handball at the time) and the pen, and possibly the only mistake he made was I thought Ridler just caught Graz's heels as he went through to try and chip Howie.

According to Sky he left the pitch to check on the rules , as apparently he believed it was a simple 30 minutes each way until fourth official told him otherwise .

Whoops ! Sorry . I meant to type fifteen minutes each way . Apart from such a basic error , i thought he had a good game .
