Well Done Scott Howie for saving the peno, that gave Moss the opportunity of being the hero. If anything Howie on a personal note was to blame for Barnets first goal at underhill, what a boost for him to save that peno today, well done Scott howie, also punched many a ball away first half, and i noticed second half caught loads instead of punching

Bar one very nerve wrecking moment when he mis-kicked in the second-half Howie had a much improved game today, dealing with crosses a lot better - he didn't have many saves to make. The penalty save was excellent; shoot-outs tend to give 'keepers the chances to make themselves the hero, well done Scott

"God bless our celtic boys who came up trumps..... "
Including Colin Cramb, who did look up for it, despite a few booing when he came on.

Did more in 15 mins than DD did in 105.
Sorry, but the guy's class shines through. His effort and attitude were spot on and a great penalty (watched the keeper go the wrong way).

Re Howies mis-kick
not making excuses for him but my brother noted that a) the ball was played back with a good deal of spin and b) it bobbled just before he kicked it, as it was he then rescued the situation relatively calmly

It was one of Moss' only mistakes of the game, choosing to pass back. Apart from that Howie was outstanding.
As was Challis, Moss, Ridler and Rodgers.
Everyone else worked hard enough to ensure we deserved to go through.
Come on Salop!

I thought that Howie played well today commanded his area better
that is what frustrates me about other games when he doesn't because I know he can
but he's made a couple of very very important saves and then saved the penalty which is excellent

That was the second scariest moment of the game, watching Cramb take his penalty. I had this nagging "He could get his own back on us all" feeling that he would fluff it on purpose, but thankfully his professionalism was on show Had a horrific feeling it would come down to Tinson and Redmile in sudden death, made worse 'cos I was running out of fags, me mate had run out, and a certain B&A member was cadging every 5 seconds (You know who you are, should be ashamed!!!).
