Sounds a good idea but seeing as though this is in the heart of Stoke City territory we're not going to have any trouble off the infamous "Naughty forty" are we??? I know the lads on here are decent folk who don't get involved in that sort of thing and hopefully non of our knobheads will fancy a ruck but this is surely the area of the city that could see some trouble!!! Most of the fans on the Oatcake website are looking for a Salop win by the looks of things and seem to have a soft spot for us so here's to a good bit of pre-match drinking, singing and no trouble!!

the address i got off the internet for the pub gives the postcode as ST3 4DJ - not ST4 4BJ are we talking about the same pub?? Gardeners Rest 30 Trentham Road Stoke ?
