why are you getting nervous..??
just dont pass on the nerves to the team.
Anyone remember the first time we played Everton at Goodison - 15,000 fans going mad ! I thought we were gonna win 4-0 !
At Newcastle this season Partizane Belgrade silenced the toon army and sucked out all the confidence out of the team.
FOR GODS SAKE DONT BE NEVOUS.. we are the 12th man...

ooops haveI got the wrong end of the stick again. Isnt there a thread somewhere saying theyve got a big screen to watch the game live at GM. £1 to get in. It could obviously have been a dream. Talking of dreams JP, is that a bit of cellulite I can see on your avators thighs, or is it just cos im so close to the screen

I suggest leaving earlier than four o'clock mate. The M25/London area are chock-a-f'ing-block after 5pm.
I'm leaving at four and I only need to travel about 20 miles!!!
Good luck

Thanks for the tip but Loyal Shrew lives in Hammersmith. He will be making his way up the Northern Line.

I see!! So I guess anyone left on here isnt going.
If its any concolation, I know a few bees in the same boat.
Its worked out quite well for us in terms of travelling at a reasonable time on bank holiday monday.
Anyway hope you enjoy whichever format you will be checking the game out on. I dont think there will be many goals. 1-0 either way or 0-0.

I am going but live in Essex. Will be setting off at 5.30 which will give me loads of time. Only a 40 minute run normally so even allowing for the M25 we have plenty of time.
Left at 6.15 for the league game.

I'm still here but as I'm in Paddington - just a short hop and a skip to Euston and then the Northern Line - got to leave a meeting an hour early - haven't explained why as I dont think they'll understand...

I'm going too but also live in Essex so am planning on leaving about 5:30-5:45 ish but I clocked the distance at 38 miles when I drove for the league game so no probs getting there on time.
