I've got to get some new ones as my nike airs have split - I've only worn them about a dozen times.
Anyway, has anyone got any good suggestions for any, I don't really want to spend anymore than £50 and I don't really want to get any Nikes again...

them boots are crap you had ant - at least you will have some shiny new ones at the staff game Im going for them Nike 90 ones like Darby - they better last longer than yours. In fairness my last nikes have lasted me a season Anyway - predetors are cheap in sports soccer in the new ones for £30 and last years for £25 - my brother got some and loves them although hes still crap

Ant, I have had this argument with my son so many times it hurts. Now listen to some wise words from a man old enough to be your father and who has seen all football boot trends come and go. The ONLY possible choice for a pair of boots is Addidas Coppa Mundial(screw in or moulded). Absolute classic football boot with the assurance of Addidas quality. Forget all those poncy coloured things that wannabees wear, the Coppa Mondial is a design classic, an absolute sporting icon that has stood the test of time. If they were good enough for the Kaiser they are more than good enough for you to scuff around the sporting arenas of England.

Go for Mizuno. Relatively cheap and reliable. they will last for ages and are wide, so good for those with fat feet
