The supporters team returned to the scene of their only defeat against Conference fans opposition this season and came away with a 2-2 draw.
It was a tough game but one the ASFC probably should have won, with the two Morecambe goals coming from very poor Salop errors.
Goalscorers were Glyn Price with a header after 2 mins and Phil Thomas from the penalty spot also in the first half.
I thought Saturday was one of Glyn's best games for us, he did really well and ran his heart out but, IMO, Phil or Gerry just edge him out for man of the match; both had excellent games at the heart of the defence.

Took my goalscoring record to 2 goals in three games making a grand total for the season of (drum roll please.......) 2, one of my best goal returns ever

Ant, you forgot to mention my goal This also means i have got 2 goals in last 3 games, although i got a black eye too ;D
