Yesterday at the match I heard a rumour that IF we were to play hereford in the final the game would NOT be staged at Stoke! Apparently due to the trains going the smae way or something like that it would be at St Andrews (Birmingham) Weather or not it is true i dont know, i very much doubt it but just thought i would mention it! Anybody heard anything similar?

I hope it's not true- Stoke is very much easier to get to from here!

The police in Stoke will not bugger about. You should have seen the police presence outside the ground for Stoke's last game of last season against Reading. Nobody had the chance to step out of line.

Could well happen if the police aren't too happy with the situation...think the Conference would have had some contingency in place anyhows because Stoke themselves could have been playing at home that day if they would have made the play-offs...

Amazingly for the Conference I think they did have a plan in place if Stoke reached the play-offs. I do remember reading something earlier in the season about it but can't remember what.
