You would expect Hereford to walk it on form and I would be very surprised if Aldershot beat them over two legs- however they have to cope with that bit of pressure as the favourites and the disappointment of being so close but yet so far to automatic promotion. One step at a time- I just hope we get to the final- I would have preferred Barnet before yesterday, not sure why, just think they are quite the same team since Allen left.

Obviously the biggest test for Hereford will be the final. We know we can beat them and should we getto the final we will have to play well to beat them again. I believe that form does count for nothing in the play0offs and i think we will win it!

No pressure whatsoever. Yesterdays performance, when we strolled through against a very dirty Chester side.....6-0 would have been a fair reflection....shows how good we have now become. I say now, because we have strengthened the squad, and if the players we have now had been with us all season the entire record book would have been re written.

blah blah blah
Just accept that no matter how the season has gone/could of gone we are both in exactly the same situation now. With a good a chance as each other of going up.

Yes FOB and if we had not had Jimmy Quinn in charge we would have won every game this season. ;D

My personal experience of why form and finishing position do not matter going into the playoffs: 1994/5 Reading finished 2nd Last 10 form 23/30 points Bolton finished 3rd Last 10 form 13/30 points Bolton beat Reading in the Final 2000-1 Reading finished 3rd Last 10 form 19/30 Walsall finished 4th Last 10 form 17/30 Walsall beat Reading the the final 2002-3 Reading finished 4th Last 10 form 18/30 Wolves finished 5th Last 10 form 17/30 Wolves beat Reading in the semis Personally - I'm hopeful - given the poor record of being the higher finishing team with the better form that we have been

We've played some s**te this season.
However lets tackle Barnet first, and if Hereford can get past Aldershot we'll see what they are made of.
