By the sounds of it was a bigger pitch invasion today than it was on tuesday, with the little lad running on to get Lukes Shirt ;D

I couldnt get to Morecambe so went to the Telford game (with the crazy Farnbrough bunch you understand) and they invaded the pitch at the end as well. Gutted I couldnt join the Salop festivities but at least I got to see a 6 goal thriller anyway I guess...

Pitch invasions are a traditional last match end of season activity Town are on a high at the moment, and it also showed our board of directors how keen we are to follow the Town and give our all. I saw plenty of waving and thanks from our board in the stands who were well pleased with our behaviour.

Strangest part of the day was leaving the firld to find Pilch standing in the home end laughing, just how did he clamber over the advertisment boards!!? And how did he get his wheelchair over the wall???

Many thanks for the way everyone behaved yesterday. Truly was a party atmosphere all day. The chief steward knew what was going to happen at the end, i just went along the front telling everyone not to let the club down, so they knew they could go on, but the behaviour and scenes when we went over to the morecambe end were fantastic from both sets of fans. Same again thursday. Hope everyone noticed how much effort i'd put into my fancy dress

I admit that when some ran on the pitch I found it surreal - we've not won anything etc and the season isn't over but I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
The Town fans and Morecambe fans applauding each other and chanting together was fantastic - a great day out all in all.

It was a fantastic day out, well done to all the town and morecambe fans for such great scenes at the end.
Also a big thank you to Laptop, the other policemen on duty and the Morecambe stewards, a top effort to ensure everyone had a good laugh at the end of the game
