Just got back from 5 weeks in New Zealand, to be greater with a letter of resignation from my office assistant.
If you know anyone who is looking for a job, it's 18 hour week, Tue, Wed and Thursday, 09.30 - 16.00 with 30 min lunch break.
Must be computer literate, and a bit of a mind reader. Good tel manner and have a can do attitude.
Email Paul@uaspire.co.uk
Cheers

This cant be true, it means the Private Sector is reducing the numbers employed rather than increasing them by thousands as that nice Mr Cameron promised (Got you sussed anyway, you're shoe horning in on the minimum wage one of the thousands of illegals Mrs May accidently let in over the summer )

The national minimum wage ensures a lot of people get paid far more than they are worth!! Staggering. Why?? what says what someone is worth, you have the going average rate for the job sector, some are worth more, some are worth less, depending on how well they do there job. Weather you like it or not, there are jobs out there that attract the NMW, and some are good at and some not quite so!! But that would not mean anythin to you would it??

what kind of job would you suggest as the NMW being too high for it ? perhaps you'd like us to open a few victorian style factories or asian sweat shops

Why do you never consider that the national minimum wage legislation wouldn't be needed in the first place if it wasn't for unscrupulous, criminal, abusive and disgusting employers in the first place ? Ring any bells ?
Employers who disregard even the most basic of human rights and who fail miserably when it comes to treating their employees with respect and dignity.
No, it wouldn't mean much to you would it ?
Employers good....employee's bad, same old, same old !!
That's why your comments are staggering,

The national minimum wage ensures a lot of people get paid far more than they are worth!! I'd have to blame the people who employed them, if that's the case. If someone's not worth the minimum, then they should be unemployable. Isn't this the whole point of probationary periods, reviews, targets, etc?

Interesting how you demean people on low wages, yet I would bet that your NMW ex-office assistant is like shakespeare compared to your grasp of English. Also interesting how seemingly you have an Audi R8 but bemoan having to pay NMW.

I don't blame Downy for working hard to create a successful business - after all it takes a lot of balls to do what most people only day dream about; being their own boss. It would be nice, however, if success in business could generally be a bit more ethical - not having a go at Downie, in particular, I know nothing about him other than his fetish for suits of armour. I too think the minimum wage is important, if only to allow people some chance of an independent existence. There is no need for poverty in this day and age. Right, I'm off to hug a hippie....

All my staff are on between £6.50ph & £20.00ph dependant on role and responsibility, and i have an Audi A5, the R8 will be next year after I have raped them mentally and abused there hard work!!
