Been keeping my eye on this for a long time now! Tough one to call but I really think she's innocent.. Or do I? Wouldn't like to be the judge!

Posted on here that her appeal had failed then deleted it and put "Cleared!". Think it's the right decision, you can't put somebody behind bars for 20+ years when you have doubts over their conviction.

As always the BBC got it right, unlike Sky News and the websites of Guardian and Daily Mail among others.

Same here, I still flick between normal and HD during games / shows just to prove to the old ball and chain that its worth the extra money!

I'd definitely prefer BBC News over Sky News but I like making the most out of my HD package. Had a phone call from Sky regarding my HD today asking why I had cancelled it I said I hadn't and they were all apologetic as they are and out of curiosity I asked what deal they were gonna offer me 'to re-subscribe to HD', they said they would have offered 2.50 a month instead of the 10.25 I think it is. I went 'oh' and hung up. They then rang me back and said that after having a chat with his supervisor about having the wrong information in the first place and the fact he mentioned the proposed deal, they then thought it was unfair that they mentioned it and I now have HD for 2.50 month for the next year! Winner

Anyone else think it's a bit suss that Knox and her Italian boyfriend Sollicito get off with all charges and the Ivorian lad is still in prison?
And how can Knox claim that she wasn't there - the DNA evidence (although tained) was overwhelming!

There is something sickening about the fact that she is returning home to be greeted like a hero when she actually framed an innocent man for the murder.

Agree with what Camdenshrew says. She will make millions from this yet she tried to get an innocent man jailed and there is a family who lost a daughter yet she is some sort of national hero. Something stinks and isn't just the Italian justice system.

Lets not forget her behaviour in the hours and days after her so-called friend and house-mate had been brutally murdered- p**sing about doing hand-stands at the police station, getting it on publicly with her co-accused, lying, blaming entirely innocent people, changing her story. If she's innocent I'd be fu**ing amazed.

but she can turn round now and say she did it and she won't be able to get tried for it! That whole double jeopardy thing! The film wasn't the best but Ashley Judd ;D ;D

The film wasn't the best but Ashley Judd ;D ;D not sure if that is still right - it would depend on the italian system I suppose but I think it has changed here not that she is likely too anyway The unfortunate part is that the truth will probably never be known now

Like you said, even she had done it, there is now way that she would admit it, even if that whole double jeopardy is right / wrong, the public were still chanting killer / murderer outside the courthouse when the announcement was made. If she didn't do, and the Italian courts has said that she didn't , the killer is still out there!

I opened a box last night to find a set of cards. On each card was a photo. The first was OJ Simpson, then Michael Barrymore, followed by Kate and Gerry McCann and, finally, Amanda Knox.
This is gonna be one long game of cluedo!

Quite right - someone with previous for breaking and entering and whose DNA was found all over the crime scene.
