hope i never se him in a town shirt again!!!!!
an absolute disgrace, putting the finger up to the home fans and then almost getting himself sent off.
i hope jimmy realises this guy has a bad influence on the team and sends him packing at the end of the season.
i have never been so angy with a town player in my life.
f**k off cramb

To be honest if you abuse a player then you should expect somehing in return. But Colin Cramb's head isn't right and it hasn't been for weeks.
Can the QuinnReaper turn it a round - does he want to?
He has qualities that we need. And although he did fluff a few things I did like the way we started the game.
A physically unfit Banim and a mentally unfit cramb on the bench - I can see the QuinnReaper getting his boots on again.

Again agree with sean
He's a moment away from losing the plot at the ebst of times. The fact he has completely lost the plot is down to poor manmanagement skills, its not as if he's been crap all season.
As for the finger, didnt see it myself, but hey treat a player with disrespect, eventually they'll turn round and tell you where to put it.
As for Cramb himself, well its amazing how everyones attitude changes, Nigel Jemson was just as bad if not worse than Cramb....

giving him stick!!!!!!!!!!
the first time he put the finger up was after a couple of people shouted ' come on cramby get stuck in'
the second came after i (and a couple of other people took offence to that) and shouted f**ck off cramb.
im sorry but the guy should be sacked it was a disgrace

Yes the same guy who was booed by STFC fans before he had even got onto the pitch and is roundly the first to be abused.
If he stuck his fingers up at you then yes he is wrong, however by telling him to fcuk off , you cant say you didnt warrent being sworn at again by him.
The bloke as unhinged as he is has been treated appalingly by Quinn (Telford being a prime example,, Quinn sends banim and Lowe on upfront ahead of Cramb)-and lets not forget JQ said Lowe was a midfielder!!!!
The player has received flack all season, he's getting it from the supporters and the management. He is still top scorer so it is little wonder he has lost the plot and turned into a proper headcase.

Not true, Cramb was getting stick from the kick off, he evither didnt move fast enough, didnt run around like a headless chicken or gave the ball away (he wasnt the only one doing any of these).

Cramb comparable to Jemson? No way, give me NJ any and everyday of the week.
Cramb was bang out of order but it's not the first time this season - remember Chester away?

Yes and I also remember the numerous amounts of times Jemson had a go at officials or kicked out at opposition or always dived trying to look for free kicks, when he swore at the riverside, abused a fan. They are no better than each other. Jemmo never got substituted no matter what. Cramb leading scorer, suddenly drops from being number one striker to being behind Ryan Lowe in the pecking order! Added to this he's being abused by his own fans and what else do you expect??? Yes he has let us down, but its hardly surprising

if player respond to the fans this way they will get stick, he has no one to blame but himself. they guy does not care about the club or the fans otherwise he would not have acted as he did. getting stick is part and parcel of football but you dont see players swearing at their own fans everyweek. every player gets grief but if i walked into work tommorow and put my finger up to the management or anyone else i would expect to be sacked

I can recall Jemson talking himself into a second yellow card. But he's history. Forget him. We have in Colin Cramb a player who can give us something that no team in this division has, we should not drive him out. And if we do, then we should never complain about the quality of football we pay to see at the Gay Meadow.

the only reason he has been dropped behind lowe is his attitude. he must earn his place like everyone else.
as for jemo and not getting subbed mr ratcliffe is to blame their any other manager would have taken him off and dropped him straight away.

Your right his attitude may stink, BUT HE IS LEADING GOALSCORER AT STFC. This is despite only appearing in fits and starts sits January.
If you were recieving a hard time by you colleagues and your custumers were abusing you and then your boss was giving you stick, despite delivering the goods for him, dont you think you'd be at the point of telling people where to stick it? I know I would be.

He has a fotballing brain.
He is not a target man, but someone who will play off the people around him. Exactly like Jemson.

why do the fans give him stick? ? why has he been dropped? he started the season well but now seems like he cant be arsed. maybe its because of quinn, or people giving him stick but if he really had the heart he would stop acting like a spoilt child and start performing like he did at the start. if he does not want to be here then go. look at derby he got stick when he joined, (he was a donkey) but you did not see a reaction from him or any other town player who gets grief

the guy may have quality but its no good being a good player if either you acnt play cos your suspended or you wont play cos you are sulking

Was he dropped or was he injured? There's a couple of versions about that.
The QuinnReaper has dropped all the strikers this season. I can recall Darby reacting very badly to being substituted - in very similar fashion to Cramb tonight.
He was dropped because the QuinnReaper bottled it in the autumn and decided that the Cramb-Rodgers partnership wasn't working up front. And so brought in a woefully unfit Duane Darby, who only in the last 8 weeks or so has started to put in good performances.
Its very difficult to say that Darby's work rate is better than Cramb's - taking even the period since Christmas.

Cramb and Jemson played under different managers. I would take Jemo anyday over Cramb. If Cramb acted like this with Ratcliffe as manager i'm sure her would get more of a bollocking than he will of Quinn.

you guys have put some very valid points across but i just cant seem to forgive a player who abuses his own fans for whatever reason. yes i agree on his day he is a good player but i dont think we would miss him if he left, and from what i acn gather from other people i have spoken to the dressing room maybe a happier place.

Would he buggery the only way Jemson missed a game was if he wasnt fit or was suspended. he had some very public spats with supporters, and was never criticised by the club. They made excuses coveriing for him (such as Nige is a very passionate character who wears his heart on his sleave, he can get carried away in the heat of the moment).

If it was a straight choice between NJ and CC then Nigel Jemson wins for me hands down.
This is probably all irrelevant though as NJ is no longer a Town player and in a few weeks time neither will CC be either...

In jemo's case though we never had anymore strikers at the club who could replace him. With cramb, we have darby/banim who are both in my opinion less of a liabiltiy and better players.

and the club was wrong to do so
but ratcliffe seemed to have a love affair with nigel the sun shone out of his arse. again on his day he was good but his attitude sucked and in the end the rest of the team either ended up hating him or acting like him

I know plenty of people who would kill for achance to wear the blue and amber
There was nothing in that game for Cramb to get wound up about
He was lucky not to get sent off
He then brushed Jimmy off as he left the pitch
I have stuck up for him many times but he was an absolute moron and if he doesn't want to play for Shrewsbury then bye bye you muppet and give me a striker who cares
