Who would have thought that Ryan Lowe would be given the job of Captain after Mossy went off. Even Sammy Aiston was p**sing himself with laughter as the side came out for the second half. Mind you when Tinno came on it didn't take long for Ryan to hand over the band. One look and a gnashing of Tinno's teeth was the signal. Thought Ryan played brilliantly all game especially as he played 70 mins at right back!

Did anybody else notice JQ make a B-line for Lowey at the end.Was that a "well done you have earn't yourself another contract" pat on back or "ta for your efforts but your out"
Personally i'd like to see Lowey here next season,o.k he's inconsistent but 11 goals tells it's own story.

I think he gave him a pat on the back for a fantastic, gutsy performance as a right back in a side down to 10 men and still looking to get forward and win the game.

I thought making Lowe captain was inspired - it's the same sort of calming influence and encouragement that Ryan needed.
He eventually gave it back to Tinno, but that was after Tinno had refused it.

Ryan had a good game.
Remember his actions in the game vs Carlisle last season? Much improved tonight, for example when he ushered away Cramb to the referee when he was looking for a fight with one of their players.
Please keep it up Lowe.

I thought Ryan had a good game. He is an enigma but so I suspect are a lot of other players. He certainly gained some confidence by being captain tonight and well done to Tinno for refusing the armband at first.

Lowey was my MOM tonight. He superb throughout. I did see Quinn go straight for him at the end, i really hope it was to say he's earnt a new contarct, because he definatly deserves one.

Our right back flew in with a great challenge so I shouted "Well done Mossy" only to be reminded that Mossy had actually been sent off half an hour earlier Ryan did very very well tonight
