Thinking of grounds I'd been to over the years got me to do a bit of browsing - I came across this site www.fellowspark.co.uk/Brings back memories

When I have nothing better to do I usually browse such sites. Never went to Fellows Park but it looked like a nice ground.

I cant remember exactly where it was, but think it might have been Bury in the early eighties. One of the worst grounds ive ever been to, away end was made of railway sleepers.

Elm Park, Reading was a great little ground. Went there a couple of times, the last one being Oct 12th 1974. F.A cup match i think we won 2-1. The date is etched on my mind as myself and three friends got arrested for something that we weren't involved with and spent the night in Reading Police Station. I was only 16 at the time and my dad went mental when i got home. Happy days.
