don't suppose anyone knows of a town scarf for sale, preferably cheaper than the ones from the shop at the meadow, its just that ive been very unlucky with previous ones, the first one lasting about 5 years and then geting ripped in half, and my latest getting lost on a night out.... so aiming not 2 spend much on my new one!!

On the subject of scarves, i've just bought my daughter one from the club shop for £7:00 which i thought was really very reasonable. They have two designs that are really quite classy for club scarves. I don't think you will get better value.
Also , i saw a bloke in the Crown before saturdays game with a scarve tied around his wrist. I hav'nt seen that for years, took me back to the days of the silk scarves in the seventies.

My scarf cost £8- and Leah, my granddaughter begged it off me. I agreed because (a) I'm soft and (b) I was glad to encourage her interest in STFC. Get yourself a Grandma like me, who'll buy you one!!! (When I went to buy another, I couldn't get one- and I've had to make do with something that looks like something you hang up in cars, with cheapo lettering on. The £8 ones seem expensive , but are really well- made with a woven badge. I miss mine!! )

Of course- if you want a scarf to keep you warm in the winter next season, you could always borrow TBH's Steve Orgorillavic (is that how it's spelt?) the famous drunken monkey, to wrap round your neck! ;D

Big thing here in Germany are scarves...see plenty of supporters with about three or four come match day...round the neck, around each wrist, hanging from the belt...everywhere... I'd like the club to produce a scarf like they had a fair while ago, like they had in olden days...just blue and amber striped...nowt written on it (maybe a small badge either end) but just blue and amber striped...would defo have one of them if they came about. Is there anyone you can ask at the club to see if they could get some in?

My mate put his 70s flag on a pole on the end of his garage. It slowly disintigrated over the years
