we have 12 players who have said they will play we just need to confirm a date where they are all available, an early start on a saturday in may in telford?
our team is mostly under 20s but 2 players are over that but younger than 30 so shouldnt be a problem!
any suggestions?

Great stuff, cheers for sorting that mate If you want to play in Telford there are quite a few places I think, there are the pitches at the Ricoh/Celestica site in Priorslee (tho I think they removed the goals in the summer), we could play at TCAT/Bennets Bank or Wrekin College if we could get permission...maybe even use a sports centre pitch (Stirchley, Oakengates?) I will pop a thread up later on both here and Buckschat to see if we can determine a date between us.

I hope to follow up the Telford game with a Vets re-match, and hopefully games against the Northampton Supporters and Swanseas Jack Army, so the U20s bandwagon will well and truly on the road. And I'm sure we can fit the ASFC in sometime too

I was at TCAT, got removed from my course tho for failing exams Joey1 still goes there so I'll rope him in to help. I think the pitches are booked through the Bennets Bank sports hall, who will also provide changing rooms etc, I will make enquiries when we have a date sorted, cant foresee to much of a problem tho

I quite good at giving it out sim. Think Sam Aiston, but without the perm and the dribbling ability ;D

TBH I don't think I'll be playing much more than the last 10/20 mins, cos a) I'm a fat barsteward and b) my knee probably wouldn't hold up for much longer!

LOL the old injuries... sim I've been going to Oswestry for the last 2 and a half years for physio and treatment for my knee (playing rugby you see, its a mans game ) and I've still managed to play full 90minutes of football matches and 80 of rugby. Oh and I'm quite tubby too, but maybe not as tubby as you
