No jealousy at all, if they've managed to get themselves out of the red or whatever then fair play to them, but you shouldn't call someone who's saved a club a tit, you don't know what it feels like to be in the position!

i called guterman a tit long before he saved wrexham......his plans to expand the staduim when they fill a third of it.... now that made me laugh! apparently because they dont get big enough crowds by making the staduim have 20,000 empty seats every week instead of 10,000 then they would be sorted shows you why he went bankrupt at chester doesnt it really ;D

Im glad they aint going bust, TBH although telford have provided a bit of a diversion this year, there really is only one local derby.

Perhaps he was hoping to attract international games back to the Racecourse when he suggested the increase in capacity?

Wrexham games over the past decade have been quite poorly attended at the Meadow. Last season there were 5,500, and there were probably more home fans at the Macclesfield game 6 days later.

Wrexham Football Club are in deep deep trouble and could go tits up at any stage; Lard Arse Guterman is now being found out for his true worth as a football club Chairman by everyone at The Racecourse. Mark my words, it will not be too long before Wilcon Homes, Westbury Homes et al are queuing up to sign a dotted line or two for 8 acres of prime house building land. Should he want a quicker transaction, then expect Asda Walmart to be heading the queue. The starts of Lard Arse's future self-gain plans will become clearly evident when the 'retain list' is announced in a couple of weeks time. Another thing I am absolutely certain of is that when Lard Arse has finished with Wrexham F.C. the supporters of their won't have the fight and spunk to recover as did Chester City F.C. following the experiences of Lard Arse and The Mad Yank. Oblivion for their is nearer than what they think! CHESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB

So why do you say that? I would expect supporters of each and every club in the land to rally behind their club if it were ever to find itself in financial difficulties...I don't see Wxm or it's supporters being any different. Still, lets hope it never comes to that eh...

stuttgartershrew - I say that their will not pull through because they have a very small home town fan-base and rely heavily for support from the many many outlying areas of North Wales when they are doing well. Those outlying 'supporters' will not have the required commitment that is needed to pull through and as I stated WFC will become a reasonably welcome addition to The National League of Wales before too long, possibly ground sharing with yourselves at your new ground. Current attendances of 3,600 will not produce the finances to keep WFC afloat and as such the influx of the recent £200,000 will not last ten minutes! Also, ask Lincoln City supporters as to what their thoughts are of ex-Chairman John Reames; likewise ask other CCFC supporters as to their thoughts about Lard Arse and his side-kick Bill Wingrove. Wrexham games over the past decade have been quite poorly attended at the Meadow. . I wouldnt deny it mate, but one of the best games for atmos ive been to in rescent years was wrexham away, it was a classic. Thinking about it, the game itself was pretty good.

i missed two of the 4 telford games this year ( home trophy and away league), i would never dream of missing a wrexham game. i've got loads of mates who support wrexham (well maybe not mates, i can do better) and when we get a result it is soooooooooo good, but i can honestly say i know no one who even has an interest in telford. i would rather lose ten telford games just to beat wrexham once.
ps the 3-3 was maybe the best game i have ever been to, i can honestly say the atmosphere in the salop end was better than in the sansiro with italy winning 4-0.

I've got quite afew distant relatives who are Wrexham fans, put it this way i keep my distance last season is still a sore point. I'll always remember when Morrell scored the opener in the home game and the bloke in front of where i was standing was going absolute livid at cartwright(The saying lost at sea for that goal is apt) for the rest of the first half his face was red and he looked like he was going to have a seisure or an aneuyresum. Hopefully we'll see a return of the Salop V Wrexham games very soon but not in the conference

Living in Oswestry, the wrexham games are a lot bigger than Telford games. the 3-3 last season was excellent, especially after the first game being postponed.

When you mention Wrexham games it puts into perspective this new found rivalry with Telford. It's not in the same league(sic). Sure, in the build up to Shropshire derbies the tension and banter increases and it hurts when you don't get the result but nothing like it does when you lose to the inbreds. They hate us and we hate them and that's how it should be , proper rivalry. The Shropshire derby is much more important to telford than it will ever be to us, but i guess that's just us being arrogant again
