Is he really up to conference level let alone leagues standard. So far i have been very disapointed with Jody he just dosent seem to be able to stick it at this level. Your thoughts please

I'm convinced there's a wonderful talent in there but I'm yet to see it properly other than in flashes.
I'm sure the guy is much fitter than he used to be when he was only playing part time but I can't shake off the feeling that he'd be a better player at this level if he lost a little bit of weight.
I think next season we'll probably see the best of him cos Cramb and possibly Rodgers may have gone and he won't be cup-tied meaning he'll have a much better chance at getting a run in the team and building up his confidence.

One thing that worries me about quinn is he fails to get the best out of players.
Fitzpatrick Rioch (No hope anyway) Bavo Banim

Banim will get his chance but he has not been able to gain a consistent place in the side probably largely due to the fact that at this level we have come up against large strong defenders and that JQ obviously sees him as No.4 on his strikers list.
Watch out for others to leave post-season.

Banim needs a good pre-season under his belt and then it will be time to judge.

All have played some of their best football this season and Aiston certainly seems to have had his "enthusiasm" controlled a bit more. While Luke hasn't - do remember a persistant injury and his self inflicted broken hand will also have gone a long way towards influencing his form

This is one of those tests of how good we are at spotting talent.
I am on a streak at the moment (e.g Street) and so will predict that Banim is not got it.

There does seem to be a bit of a gap in what Jody was use to playing and what is expected as a forward in the Conference, that does not make him a bad player and i think if we stick by him next season will be a lot better for him.Not the finished articale but shows promise, time will tell.

Think it very much depends how you play him in the team structure(hope this isnt too complicated for JQ,DC and CB)................
Play right up in the opposition half and get him to play in and around the edge of the box he'll do well and get plenty of goals IMO sort of very, very poor mans Gary Big Ears.............
Play a deep midfield as we tend to do(a la Chic Bates's teams of old)and ask Jody to come deep to get the ball, waste of space and will never make it...........too slow, first touch poor, and takes too many touches when not neccessary. He's an out and out poacher in my book, quick feet on the ball, tricky with back to goal and knows where the goal is,but play him in the role hes been tried lately, hopeless, not his fault I just dont think it suits him..................
