If Steve Evans wasnt manger Id be going for the Underdog. But he's a cheat so I hope Unitd thrash them Miracles do happen, and today proves it, slop80 I AGREE WITH YOU. Lets face it i think most lower league fans are the same with this guy. I tried explaining it to my wife but women don't understand that sort of thing.

When people say Crawley may make United struggle if United field a weakened team I think back to when their reserves hammered us.
1 - 9 wasn't it?

i'm tempted to put a small wager on crawley 25/1 ? can see fergie protecting a few targets for whoever united have in champs league tues/wed ? i think they have a better chance than exeter who got a draw there 25/1 seems better odds to me than in reality i reckon they would win one out of 25 especially if they get a good start Crawley were 33-1 last night when I was looking at the odds.

Interesting. My second (by some way) team in Utd so i will be supporting them. But if it was against any other sides, couldn't see myself supporting Crawley, just don't see what there is to like about them. And yeah, where have they got 9000 from??? They average 1800 in the league. Expect fair few utd players to be missing, but still strong. likes of Very quick guess, prob entirely wrong Utd team: Lindegaard Rafael - Evans - Smalling - Fabio Obertan -Carrick - Anderson - Giggs Chicarito - Owen But really no idea! Owen is injured (surpise) Team is: Lindegaard, Rafael, O'Shea, Brown, Fabio, Gibson, Carrick, Anderson, Bebe, Hernandez, Obertan. Subs: Rooney, Smalling, Fletcher, Kuszczak, King, Pogba, Tunnicliffe

Hunt and Smith - two ex Shrews in the line up. Hunt already lobbed in a couple of his long throws!

If Bobby Davro and Freddie Star had a child, it would defiantly look like Steve Evans...

Lucky Hunt, he's got Rooney's shirt.
I can't recall him playing right back whilst he was here like he was today?

I can almost taste those sour grapes ;-)
What did you expect ?
It gets tough at this stage Of the competition No easy games anymore In uniteds case the opposition has got considerably better each round
And 3rd time lucky this season Torres had a good game at old trafford ;-)

Must've been tough for Scousers to pick a side - can't cheer the Mancs, and Crawley were sponsored by The Sun.

It's fair enough though, isn't it. It happens to every team and, God knows, we should comment on 'glory hunters'. Was funny though. Talking to some of their 'fans' in the boozer before the game and some struggled to name more than a couple of their own player. Bless!!

Oh I'm not complaining, the more the merrier I reckon! If only one person out of all our extra 14,000 odd extra followers came again then we've gained extra support which is great. Plus we'd of looked a bit silly with only 5-5500 at Wembley!!!
