Daft as it sounds I thought today was the worst I've seen us this season, but it's probably our best result of the season.
After a good start we struggled in the 2nd half and reverted to the long ball a bit too much, when we're much better when passing it around. Still think we can do with strengthening central midfield and back up for the strikers.
On the plus side the work rate was fantastic and with wright and ainsworths pace we look good on the break. I'm sure the team and manager have learnt a lot from today's game - great 3 points but a few things to improve on

I knew I recognised their player Taylor. He was in the middle of the Rochdale midfield who outclassed us last season. Great signing for them.

Exciting game to watch, but Chris Neal saved us from a heavy defeat. Thought Mc.Allister and Robinson were very poor. Centre midfield of Disley and Mc.Allister lost out again, very similar to the Aldershot game when we had to change it. Second half they completely outplayed us, thought we should have put the subs on earlier. Wright played well, as others have said would like to sign him up asap.

It seems you have forgot the first half when we should of been atleast 2 or maybe 3 goals ahead. Football is full of should of and ifs

forgotten about him - assume he is injured as not in squad yesterday No! Bradleys on international duty with Wales U-21 team as for Taylor yes he was on loan at Rochdale last season.. great game yesterday and from my point of view it's a pity the best team lost , I new Shrewsbury was a good side and i expect both sides to be challenging for promotion at the end of the season... Good Luck...
