about the club's finances?
There's been a lot of people quick to point the finger at Telford but personally, I feel we are just as in the dark at Shrewsbury Town. On my part, this is because of lack of knowledge about financial processes rather than any conspiracy by the Board to keep supporters in the dark - I can't make head nor tail of the majority of what is in the annual accounts. So any answers to the following?:
* How much is STFC worth overall? * How many shares are there in Shrewsbury Town Football Club? * How many shares were sold during the share issue a few years back? * How are appointments to the board made - do you need a certain number of shares? * Is there the possibility of a shareholders gaining financially from a move to the New Meadow? * Do the STFC Executive directors put money into the football club aside from buying shares?
Can anyone answer any of these for me? If not, I'll send them to ask the board.

I've been spending a long time musing over this recently as well. I'm under the impression that we are living beyond our means. But its alright because we only plan to do it for two season. There is something about this that i find deeply troubling.

I'll know it's you cause you'll be eating curly fries and humming land of hope and glory...... ;D

Is there anything against publishing the reports in public?
If not, give em to us and I'll scan them in and put the links on here.
