Several hundred Town fans will be at Barnet Duncan, including you, but for those who can't make it it'd be good for them to go and watch TUFC vs Chester.

TBH i reckon there will be les than 400 town fans at Barnet on tues, and to be perfectly frank i wouldn't go and watch Telford v Chester if they were letting people in for free. Because football at this level without the "passion" is nothing short of abysmal, but then i have just seen Arse v Man Ure which was nothing short of being breathtaking at times

I think the public of telford should get themselves out of this mess, lets face it theres plenty of them and its a lot bigger than Salop. Saturdays attendance shows me that telford as a whole doesnt want to support its team, so why should we as Town fans help them, especially as we have a game of our own.
BAN THE BANNER I SAY ;D

Cheers for your support - in the main. You see, theres a difference between rivalry and us going out of existence - or you if the worse were to happen. I'm a Telford fan. Have always been, will always be. I hate Shrewsbury, true. But this is more than that. I need my club - as you need Shrewsbury Town. With your support - which has been excellent we can get through this. Being a rival means I want you to lose every game, yes. It means I want to see you struggle - thats rivalry for you. But I'd HATE to see ANY football club go out of business - except Man Utd. This is more than rivalry - its about fans coming together to show their support for our cause. Narrow minded individuals who want us to crash and burn, stay away. Those who like the idea of us stuicking round for awhile - join me in the Cock hotel before the game - it'd be nice to meet a few of you.

Hope to be going.
However I am somewhat concearned that the Town of telford doesnt appear to be getting wholey behind ITS club.
And I feel that unless it does get behind the club, we, hereford, the directors, any other footballing fans who go along to help and most importantly you the real Telford fans are only prolonging the inevitable.....which is death of the club or if your lucky going back to being part time and playing within your means.

If we were in that position we would take help from wherever we could get it
and I think it is only right that as the premier club in shropshire with a large following, successful history and huge potential based on strong foundation we help out our cousins down the road who really are in the poo and could disappear
like bowya said, bit of banter is one thing, but this is the existence of their football club

Completely true. I might go to the bucks on tues if i can't make barnet. I'd always rather play local derbies than trek to rushden (or wherever).
ps thanks for letting me stroke your monkey

Would have done.
But as I'm not living locally, it'll be Halifax Vs Burton or Rochdale Vs Doncaster I think.

Hey Bowya, for you to wish any club to go out of business given your predicament is taking the p!ss. I bet you'd be happy to see Man Utd play a friendly at the New Ducks Shed to help with a little cash flow , where would your prejudices be then ??
