Direct Line are very competitive, but their ither arm "Privilege" have always beaten DL quotes in my experience. Also, the claims are done fast and efficiently over the phone. I speak from experience, as some stupid git of a liverpool fan, living in coventry and driving a laguna estate, rear-ended me in a traffic jam on the M6 on my way to Leigh today!

A Telford fan having a rear ender.. He wasn't a relative was he !!!!!

Obviously jamo, it would have been a front ender had he have been a relative and I have been female. However, without this combination, the relevance is lost!

I thought the same about Direct Line. I scoured the quotes back in January and found just one (More Than) that is cheaper. So now with them

Was with direct line for 6 years untill i had my renewal off them, then decided to shop around and found the AA cheaper, (the automobile club) not the alcoholics one ;D

Very much depends on your age/ car/ points- I'm with Norwich Union Direct and they knocked spots off the next cheapest quote
