Quinn needs to take Darby, O'Connor and Cramb to one side and tell them to stop needlessly whinging at the ref at every opportunity.
Cramb got fouled in the first half and the ref played on. Tolley is now in a great position with the ball at his feet and Cramb starts shouting at the ref. The ref stops play and gives the free kick when we were in a much better position if we had played on.
I lost count of the amount of times O'Conner had a go at the ref tonight, and Darby should have been booked at half time for giving the ref a load of stick.

O'Connor played well again and when he speaks to the ref at least it's when the game is at a stand still.
Some of the Town players are guilty of breaking one of the simple rules 'play to the whistle' though.

Cramb being a great example I suppose. If he put as much effort into playing as he does in giving the ref grief then he would be a hell of a player.
