Have heard a very strong rumour that this is true. Won't reveal the source, unless there are any others on the board who told me about this care to come forward and reveal their very strong source on this. But trust me, a bid has been put in

lol, dont think we stand a chance.
the only way they'd sell him to us is if we had no chance of catching them or chester and they just wanted us to cause some damage to teams at the top. A bit like what Chester did with loaning Broadie out to Leigh RMI.

To be honest I'd rather have an attacking wide player brought in.

Michael Rose hmmm. Yeovil have also tried to sign him recently.
He's been playing well recently, mostly due to us switching to a back three with Rose playing as Left wing-back.
Up till recently (when he was playing full back) he has consistantly been the worst player in Hereford colours playing regular first team football. Has some potential, but I really can't see what Jimmy Quinn or Gary Johnson have seen in him.
Having said that, I wouldn't sell him, as getting a replacement at this stage could be difficult and Dean Craven is our only other option:-(

I would have to dissagree and say Dean Craven comes close to being the worst IMO.

I meant the worst Hereford player playing regular first team football, which Craven hasn't. To be fair to Craven he hasn't done too badly when he has played, but he is so small and slow he struggles against the quicker and stonger players. As it happens his worst game for us was against you.

Sound like it could be a winner with a bit of finacial reorganising from JQ and his squad - and even if he was one of the worst HUFC players - he cant be anything but an improvement on what we have at the club currently and would allow sedge to be that cover for center back that we really need
