I don't think I have ever seen so mnay players have an off day at the same time. How many line outs did we win? None that I can remember. How many knock ons? I lost count.

World Cup Quarter finalists Ireland are a very strong side and they deserved their win and all credit to them, but who are still World Champs?

England are clearly the best rugby side in the world but thank god the bandwagon will be slowing down. Lovely to see English Rugby shirts at the bowling alley being worn by people who weren't even watching the match on telly! And having had to put up with debates about whether England should be bothering with the six nations as they are so far ahead of everyone else (and a similarly patronising feature on Radio Shropshire). Um, England have actually won 5 out of the last 11 tournaments, with 2 grand slams (I believe). So here's to the Irish!

"but thank god the bandwagon will be slowing down."
Come on Gareth, theres nothing wrong with hyping up a sport when you are the world champions:) The Welsh would be exactly the same. I remember still getting stick a year after the Welsh beat us at Wembley.

Craig, I just hate bandwagons (although I occasionally use them) full stop - Euro96, Rugby World Cup 2003 and the last Welsh qualifying campaign being three great examples, and the people they attract.
And I hope to god that Wales never win the World Cup as the crappy Welsh media would hammer us with the 'National Game' 24/7, with football relegated even further from their exposure.
