Do people think it's a starter? Personally I've always been a fan of a mdifield two with one more defensive and one more attacking but second half last night Edwards and Tolley did a decent job.

I thought Edwards did a far better job than O'Connor got stuck moves around the park quickly and seems a reasonable attacking option. Tolley was a little bit off the pace may be a little ring rusty but will sharpen up these two boys could spell a bright future.
Yeah agreed, attack! attack! attack! the best form of defence.

I said it a few weeks ago but Edwards and Tolley are the future and after the 2nd half where they provided drive passion and skill - why not keep them in against leigh and give martin the break that he looked like he needs now - and save him for the run in where the experience will be needed

Martin has an injury but giving him a rest wont do any harm and give more experience to a very promising midfield duo.

I agree Ant and yes gp I remember you saying this. I was surprised how it worked last night- Tolley is getting match fit and Edwards' composure on the ball is remarkable for his age. I guess if OConnor is injured then we will get another chance to see our young midfield starlets play together again.

Has anyone else noticed O'Connor's tackling? I've seen about ten two footed challenges this season, and about eight of them have been from Martin. They aren't usually dangerous ones at full speed, but rather short range jumps in the centre circle, with his legs together. Never seen anyone with a similar style.
