Wonder if their chairman paid for all them! It's remarkably cheap making your own. Material costs about £1.50 per metre. barmyflags charge about £150 per metre.

I am in the process of looking into making some flags on our own like the ones Stanley had, possibly a way to use some left over money if people like the idea
