Salt Vinegar Mushies Brown Sauce Buttered thick white bread And Harry's Place was the best chippy in Town, also conveniently within a hundred yards of where I used to live in Coton Crescent. Not sure whether it closed/sold or what happened to good ol' Harry, but a shame to lose it

its obvious
you put the vinegar on first and then the salt so it sticks to the vinegar

Back to the question - Belgian chips are the best in the world, so it's mayonaisse. Mayo is more the flemmich side of belgian. The French side have an orange sauce called Anderlouse which is simply sensational... ever had it Dave..??

I only have Salt, no vinegar. I don't put salt on anythign else, I find the other things, fish, pies, sausages are salty enough anyway. The two I usually go to are Coleham by Greyfriars bridge and Andro's fish bar on Whitchurch road
