Most Haunted is a bit of a hobby-horse of mine but, the last instalment of the 3-day live extravaganza was superb. Most Haunted Live 3 was from Stratford upon Avon Apart from the orbs of light, which are consistently caught on camera at most locations, the crème-de-la-crème was the capture on film (under scientific conditions) of a spoon flying across the room. The team of Yvette Fielding, Derek Acorah, and camera team were in a room with a wall behind them. There was a framed painting on this wall – nothing else. Suddenly, this spoon (followed by a streak of light) whizzed past Fielding and bounced on the floor several times. The trajectory of the spoon was unusual as well. Instead of rotating in flight, the spoon more the flight of an arrow. They reckon that this is the most compelling poltergeist activity ever caught on film. Well worth looking at when it is repeated.. Here’s the site with some background information – sadly no pictures yet. www.livingtv.co.uk/MHL_0204/index.html

yes and the best bit is Fielding getting freaked -out - top show ..
we moved temporarily in to the Coach House at Dudleston, an old converted property..
after a days hard work moving in we came to bed and the misses was a bit agitated said something like, 'you won't believe what I just saw'
I said 'I know a little boy dressed in red with a flat cap looking over the banister'
and it was!!
Well spooky.

I always watch it, I find that sort of thing very interesting to watch. That spoon incident looked pretty real. I sometimes doubt what Derek is saying, but I believed pretty much all of what I was seeing over the weekend show.

You can't beat most haunted.
Evidently Derek Acorah on Liverpool's books as a youngster too - goalkeeper!
Sunday night was the best one since the Theatre Royal Drury Lane episode
