:-[Due to be unwell and then returning to work with much to catch up on, I have only just found the lovely welcome messages that many of you have sent me.
I do feel I should point out that the first thing to happen after I registered was a hiccup in the system and apparently no-one could log in. Since this has not happened again, I'm pleased to think that it was after all only a coincidence!!!
Yes I am female, Yes the gentleman behind is interesting to talk to - the year that Torquay was the last match, I him there on the coach as it was one of the grounds he had never been to and I can honestly say it was a really interesting day.
Yes I do think Sammy Aiston is a good player - he has certainly come on this season - I wonder if this is (a) because he is now one of the longest serving players we have, (b) we now have a manager who wanted him to stay and has found how to get the best out of him, or (c) he has simply matured?
I couldn't get to the match on Tuesday - still coughing and wheezing - but can't wait for Saturday now. However, am I the only one who finds cup matches nerve racking? With the league (well at least in August!) you can always think 'well there's always next week'

I have to say that upto April 29th last year I used to sit there and my legs would be shaking, worried whats going to happen. Now I know it cant get as bad as that night and all my shivers have gone. I used to shiver in the warm weather. Im I weird or what

Absolutely SSShrew.
And with Sam the improvement has certainly been his consistent performances - however it now seems his final ball is improving all the time which is great to see.

Yes I did my "played for both". Didnt realise there were soooooooooooooo many players who had played for us and that lot. Your preview should be good, have you managed not to say Duckshead and Mick Moans?
