Have they or will the be throw out of the FA trophy for feilding an illegal player?

they should be, as Barnet and Burton (i think) were thrown out for doing the same.

No they shouldn't IMO.
They should get the points deduction from the first game the chap played in and then that should be that.
The Conference should have recognised the registration problem the week after it occured - not 5 months down the line.

Spot on Ant - the Conference have a major part to answer for in this case. Five months after the event is ridiculous!

I'm not certain he has played in the Trophy, because he has been injured recently, so it may not be an issue.

The Conference league and the FA Trophy are completely different competitions and so should bedelt as such. If it we were in the League and this had happened and it was the League Cup as opposed to the FA Cup, I think Exeter would be thrown out.
