it doesn't really bother me but whats the point ? seems like a waste of stewards and a few quid lost by allowing away fans to sit for £12 not many in there either, they could have just closed it today on the other hand if the club could sort the issue about not being able to transfer during the game it may become very popular if its a safety issue about not being able to transfer then surely its more safer another means of exit from the riverside and another toilet available (less than 10 mins walk away) pic must have been from the first half, as one fan can't even look

It should still be opened to Town fans for the Leigh and Gravesend games, I think we're entitled to have a choice, have to say I think a lot more would stand there if you could move onto the Riverside from the SE when and as you wish, I still had a clear enough view for all of our goals though, even if it was a little far away.
A thing I've noticed from the Station End, our pitch looks bloody big from there, I can see why its one of the biggest pitches in the country now.

A little problem today with the stewards who told some it was NOTopen to home fans, then it was announced it was, so a little communication hiccup didnt help

Why can't the club open the corner area between the riverside and station end so people can transfer during the game?

Its all to do with 'safety', obviously someone thinks a disaster of 'Hillsborough style' proportions would happen if a few hundred Town fans had to squeeze through the small gate that separates the Riverside and the Station End.
Would like to see a few more stand there for the Leigh game but I dont think there will be.

Well, I for one was in there, thats me standing to the left side of the buffet, smoking me head off (stressful viewing at times!) Those lovely Scarboro lads even started mistakenly praising me for being David Seaman on my arrival (I guess the ponytail didn't help)
And was that Afroshrew at the front I saw? Right behind the onionbag I think in this piccy.
