A few a weeks ago a couple of friends (non-football following girls) decided to celebrate their birthday with a Leo Sayer in Shrewsbury on the 21st February.
Given that I was obliged to attend I made the reasonable suggestion that it might be 'fun' to go and see their first Shrewsbury Town match in the middle of the day out.
Thankfully they've bitten so there should be 6 or 7 people making their debuts at the Meadow on Saturday on the Riverside.....
Perfect!

Good work our kid! Any lookers amongst them? We really do need some added talent through the turnstyles!

Due to new guidelines laid down by Sepp Blatter, they will all be arriving wearing lycra.

As an endnote, there were eleven of us who went in the end (an extra £120 for the Town that they wouldn't have normally had) and after the godawful first half I them in the wakeman end to see 4 beautiful goals!
A good day.
