Piece in The Non League Paper today saying that at the end of the game he marched back onto the pitch to remonstrate with the ref "and let fly with a tirade of insults"and will be reported to the FA for it, leading I presume to a bigger punishment if found guilty Did anyone see this who was at the game? Surely if true besides reflecting poorly on the player this also reflects on the Assistant manager and others on the bench who should have prevnted this happening?

I watched the ref when the game finished.
He looked towards us from the centre circle and was s**t scared. I think he thought someone was going to run on and have a pop at him.
To be honest I saw him walk off the pitch which was right in the opposite corner to where we were exiting from, but could see no one giving him grief.

Pity we can't report the Ref for the obnoxious stare he gave the Town supporters as he went off the pitch. Bloody useless git he was!!!!!

I saw someone having to be restrained away from the ref as they walked back towards the changing rooms after the game but I thought it was a Tamworth player at the time as I seemed to remember him wearing red.

i never saw him saying anything to the ref but if he did then he did but to be fair jimmy quinn did say in the NLP that he thought o' connor was going back on the pitch to spk 2 the rest of the team.so maybe all cookie n the rest thought the same.

Did anyone see the fists flying in the melee when O'Connor got sent off?
I thought it was Crambe i thought he was going as well tbh

In that ruck before oconner got sent off im sure i saw Streety hammer some one really hard and was convinsed that he was going to go - clearly there was a lot more going on that the ref actually delt with (thank god there is no cameras at games in this crappy leage!)
