According to BBC News 24, the Met Office has just issued two of these for the Shrewsbury area. Looks like there's not much chance of Woking being on.

There must be water at least in the tunnel at the Meadow by now. The river has burst its banks at Coleham now and there are big puddles around reception at the ground this morning.

Yes, I heard it, too, on Radio 4. I need to know what's happening - I'm going to Hinstock tonight to look after the grandchildren till Sunday. Had to do a lot of negotiating to get Saturday off work- and I didn't want to waste the opportunity to go to a match! Now it looks like it will be off!

Dont worry people, even with the ground under water for a few hours the game will be on if the river levels drop, it drains very fast does the pitch so as long as the river drops soon we have a big chance for the game being on, on Saturday, next weeks England game will def be on.

Yup, in recent seasons the pitch has been under a considerable amount of water 48 hours before a game but the fire service have been able to pump it off.
Fingers crossed that the game goes ahead

I reckon it's 50/50.
Too early to call.
I don't look that far ahead.
It's anyone's guess.
And other such managerisms........
