Ok I haven't been to every away game this season, but after going to Leigh and yesterdays game I would like to raise a few of points. Regarding the O'connor sendinging off yesterday, why was he clapped off the field??? He has just finished our chance of winning a game with two foolish challenges, but he is clapped from the field  In the last two games i've been to salop fans seem to be less than paitent with their team - we are not going to walk over teams at this level unfortunatley - when will we learn this and stop moaning when we are having a bad spell in a game. Also why do people constantly get on Colin Crambs back?? He is a class act upfront in this division, but people seem to have tagged him as Jemson already - fickle, very fickle. |

i think you are right mate, i am as much to blame for thinking we have a right to beat teams like Tamworth, but when we average gates of 4000, and Tamworth have 1100, and Leigh 400, we have bigger resources and should be the better team - surely??

The likes of gates and resources mean nothing at this level, Margate, Leigh, Tamworth and Woking will all tell you that. At the end of the day yesterday should have seen the fans acting as our 11th man - but all I heard was b***hy comments as soon as a bad pass or miss hit shot was struck. I just think the majority of Salop fans need to take a reality check now we are half way through this season, we arn't as big as we think and we wont be dominating the likes of Tamworth for 90 mins non stop just because we haven't heard of them or we rate them, as fans as a small team.  (Controversial!!) |

Also, part of this angst is the realisation that we aren't actually good enough to make a serious challenge this year and the play offs are our only hope at the moment, and even they are under pressure from teams below us |
