Oh-oh! I don't know whether I like the tone of that!!! Anyway- thanks Lee. As far as I know I'm possibly THE Shrews grandmother!! (We might have a Grandad or two- have we?) Nice to hear of someone appreciating the wisdom?? of his elders!! You need a sense of humour when you're only months away from official on-the-scrapheap-as- far-as men- are-concerned age Still Mr W. is older than me and I don't think he'll trade me in for a newer model now- he hasn't got the energy!! (And I look after him too well!) Now are your affections for Jules returned? If so, how will you deal with your different "faiths" problem?

Now are your affections for Jules returned? If so, how will you deal with your different "faiths" problem? ok only being a young 'un you lost me there!! im not sure about returned as my affections for her never went away!! and i guess the "faith" refers to our club allegencies - well its simple really - on saturday we stay with each other in the morning (away games permitting ) go our separate ways for the matches and then meet after - we'll cope im sure

Yes- it's me- I've been off the site and back on- and I'm going to Hinstock at the weekend, anyway!! Oh, dear! Is that an old-fashioned expression!!! (And I pride myself on keeping up with the young ones buzz words, since I work with young people (up to age 14 or 15, anyway.) My lot complain that somethings "solid" if they're finding it difficult, for instance! Please feel to tell me off if I use an "oldie" expression. I'll be saying "I remember when Telford was just a field!" next!! What "affections returned" means- is does she feel the same? I'm sure she must do!! Didn't she say she wouldn't try and convert you or something? Yeah- I did mean Football-Club-type faith!! Well- I'll let you into a secret. My Aunt is a sort of Telford supporter, as she used to support WELLINGTON, years ago- and went there with a boyfriend of hers. I was born in Wellington. But my father worked in Shrewsbury, at the station, for many years, before working at Market Drayton. It's great that we've got a B&A love-match with you and Jules!!

I'm jealous that you found a girlfriend who loves rock music And equally jealous that the first date is spent at a Lostprophets gig!!! Sounds fantastic to me!

I bet they're not really bitter! It's just games people play- and banter- isn't it? I love Shrewsbury- and I can't help it. It's really a lot like falling in love with a guy. You don't choose your team- it chooses you! (I didn't say that- it was someone else on the board- but I think it's a good quote!) I know that Jules feeling for Shrews is 100%. I don't think anyone need fear that you'll convert her!!!! You'll have to share her with Shrews, Lee. But it's better than sharing her with another guy, eh? But it could be a lot, lot, worse- what if one of you didn't like Football, for example!! I think we just want Jules to be happy!!!

ahh but back in the 'old' days did you fall in love over the internet without meeting? bring back the good old days with old fashioned lovin' and romancing. its what the women want without broadband, chatting for 4+ hours everyday since before xmas wouldnt have been practical or maybe even possible so actually the internet has brought us closer together. I'm not a flowers and chocs kinda girl much prefer tickets to a game or a gig and a few pints and thats what i'm getting I'm the happiest i've been in ages
