......who realised we played most of the game with 10 men today.

All this moaning about s**te performance, it wasn't pretty but we had one man less.

I would have been incredibly dissapointed with the performance had it been 11v11.

just because we only have 10 men doesn't mean we should struggle to beat a team as bad as Tamworth.
With 10 men 2 seasons ago we beat Plymoth pretty convinsingly so I dont see why we couldnt do it today.

No clearly you were not the only person to see this but nither was i the only one was really dissapointed and annoyed (by the crowd reaction at the end and the early posts on here) by how bad we were with 10 men, and lests just remember that when they scored it was 10 vs 10 as one of there players was off the pitch so that excuse does not really wash any way

Maybe after the highs of Hereford last week the last 2 performances have been less than satisfactory. Story of the season, story of the past few seasons.

We have an unhealthy condition whereby we cannot string any decent results / performances together.

It seems it's mostly the people who've never played the game with one man down, who think that "quality" (and weren't the Town quality today) should always beat "quantity"

Try lacing a pair of boots on and try to win playing 10v11 which is what Shrewsbury almost did but for the damn post (i thought it was in and couldn't understand why everyone else wasn't up in the air)

Well Telford at home should be more interesting wonder if O'Connor's ban will rule him out for that match?

Oh come on, 1 minute of equality against the rest of the game when we played with 10?


Afro - yes we won a couple of games that season with 10 men but I've also seen us lose considerably to teams when playing with 10 men as well.


Once again I think as town fans we are totally over-reacting.
We beat Hereford and we're all saying we expect to go up as champions, we draw away from home with ten men and suddenly we're a shocking football team

Im starting to think the hereford game was a fluke and this is the real town- an many of these comments on the back of a really poor week - at Exeter and Tamworth.

and i was just trying to say its trpical of are defence to be thrown by something as sill as one of the players thay were supposed to make being missing and chaos occering in the box because of it. We only had 4 or 5 real chances in 90mis today even with 10 men any other fans would expect more than that against tamworth

Also there is a lot of ifs and buts in football and the one thing that defines a good team from a bad team is that the good team or player would have taken the chances today and we did not!

I think you are right to have concerns about some of the negativity, however, it looks to me like we are settling in far too well.

We wont do anything in this league with the inconsistency we are showing. 10 men or 11, we are inconsistent.
