A quote from Quinn in the Star in the last couple of days.

"I don't put players under the sort of pressure that people think - I've played for managers that would have you up the wall hollering in your face. I'll sit down with a lad and I'll go through his game and say how do you think you're playing, I think you're doing that well but you need to look at this."

Perhaps he should start getting one or two up against the wall?

Nobody in particular Charles, to be honest there are different candidates each game as we are so incredibly inconsistent, but let's face it Quinn's pyschological approach isn't bearing much fruit!
