It was a very poor ground - anyone count how many balls were kicked out of the ground?
Very packed in the away end and a pity we couldn't have had more tickets.

It was probably the worst ground I have ever been to and the away end seemed to resemble a large bus stop. Considering the big away support, I thought the atmosphere was pretty poor all game.

I thought our end was great(contradicting myself there) it was just the brick walls every few meters were a bit pointless

According to footballgroundguide that end holds 1200, could any more have got in had we been given more tickets?

It wasn't totally packed, but a lot of people were standing on the yellow lines. I think there was a bit of space away from the roofed part of the end but I wouldn't have licked being in there with another 300 odd people. Especially if people were not allowed to stand in the gangways.

According to footballgroundguide that end holds 1200, could any more have got in had we been given more tickets? I believe there was an area down to the left hand side of the terrace where we were housed which constitutes the away end but this was particiened off after trouble between the two sets of fans when Hereford played there on the opening day of the season, hence the reason we only got 800 terracing spaces. I await to be told I am mis-informed on that one though...

it holds 1200 but part of it had been cornered off.
I think this was becuase Hereford had taken a large following there earlier in the year and caused some aggro - hence on police advice the capacity for away fans was reduced.

So I make that 880 STFC fans and 881 Tamworth actually me and the lad had seating tickets in the home end so thats 882 STFC and 879 TFC!! I thought we were rumbled when their jobs worth chases after me saying 'hey those tickets are for the home end, blah blah." Plus there was at least 100 empty seats which we could have had had they organised things a bit better!
