Some dodgy chocolatey cereals imported from god knows where, full of colouring and additives. Did the trick nicely!

just had coffee and sugar puffs, time to get down to learn some php Sugar Puffs are nice, as are Frosties - Theyr'e Grrrrrreat! - but the sugar content will leave you with high cholestrol and teeth like Nobby Stiles. De-caffinated coffee would be better too! A recent survey showed that porridge is making a big comeback!

As usual no time for anything to eat in the morning. Always treat the dinner lady to a smile and she usual gives me a couple of rounds of toast at playtime before the kids get their hands on them though!!!

At the moment the survey is neck-and-neck. Half the diners trying to make an effort by having a healthy nutritious start to the day.....the other half cursing they couldn't arise and tuck into a Chicken Balti Pie with lashings of both brown and red sauce washed down with copious ammounts of toxins and sugar straight from a football ground refreshment hut. Does anyone have hot dogs for breakfast or stop off at McDonalds or a greasy knife roadside cafe? Are there any policemen or police ladies? Do you still eat doughnuts and pretzels like in the movies?

It was frosties and tropicana as usual.
Weekends are the chance for a fry-up (all veggie), omlette or croissants.

I had a bowl of Special K and a home-made banana and strawberry smoothie notworthy I didn't think the National Botanical Gardens nor that space-age dome somewhere in Wales had EVEN ATTEMPTED to grow banana's!! Bloody me! My Gran manged to grow an orange over two years to the size of a pea - but it was green and never turned orange - but to grow home made bananas to live on? I dof my hat mate! notworthy Special K can only aid slimming by regular excercise, a calorie controlled diet and a sexy model on TV

Breakfast is probably the best meal of the day.
For an exciting falbour-fest, get some muesli, whack in an apple/banana/pear/groovy fruit
then add another cereal of your choice...
Obviously, you've got to use Diet Milk, as it tastes nicer...
