Reading about MartinB's excursion to Barca this week I thought of this topic.
After tomorrow I'll have been to four games this week (three Town matches plus Chelsea Vs Sparta on Wednesday) -
what's been your favourite 'run' of games in a small amount of time?

Years ago i used to reguarly go Town on a sat, town on a tuesday, (when in the Uefa cup) Liverpool on a Thursday and back to the town on a Saturday! god job i had understanding and football mad parents!

i played 15 games in 17 days for 3 different teams towards the end of one season couldnt manage that anymore  |

Ok looks like I'm going to be the real saddo here. 11 games in 8 days 23/4/84 and 1/5/84
The games included Town winning 2-0 at home to Swansea in old Division 2 (Steve Cross got both) and winning 4-2 away to Charlton in the league (Cross 2, Gerry Nardiello and a 30 yard Bernard McNally special).
The final game of the 11 was a Hampshire League game (good standard of football in those days) involving Southampton's third team, a certain Denis Wise scored a penalty in an 8-0 win over Portsmouth United. Look where his career took him.

This will be my fourth of the week, three Town and Liverpool on thurs, would have been 5 but I had to miss reserve game at late notice.
