Well, we all ready for Saturday then?
I'll be coming on the train as its only 50 minutes and have a feeling I'll need a couple of pints at least to see me through the 90 minutes.
Anyone got a pub for us to meet in (Dave, you went to one a couple of years back?). One by the ground would be the best option as I'll be walking there from the train station.
Cheers

We can't remember the name of the pub. It's about a mile from the ground but on the wrong side for the station. It's a big Harvester type place next to the canal and on the right as you come from the ground. Evo walked there from the station last time, but he wasn't too happy about it!
Thing is that if driving from Manchester it is the most convenient for parking etc.
If we don't meet up before, we could gather behind the flag that Evo has promised to bring.

Steve - I'll be leaving at about 12.40 to collect Tony from Sale. Give me a call when you arrive at Navvy Road and I'll pick you up.

Dave/Steve
I'm going to be driving now after all and parking just past the ground on the right by a Glynn webb home store (I parked there when I went to watch Halifax Vs Accy Stanley earlier in the season).
The plan is to find a pub showing the Scarboro Vs Chelsea game and get something to eat there (Maybe the Shay? )
If I don't see you there, I'll see you both in the ground, hopefully behind the NW Shrews flag.

feeling terrible at the moment but since I've staggered into work so far and I've been given a pass out for saturday afternoon thereby avoiding two two year olds biirthday parties I'm going to be doing my best to get there.
Give you a ring tommorrow Dave & see how I feel.

Always the possibility that the birthday parties may be less tortuous than 3pm-4.50pm on Saturday?

Steve, re my e-mail - there's a slight improvement on the illness front, so I'm hoping I'll be able to go. If you ring tomorrow, please do it before 7p.m. as we're going to the theatre. Gareth, the pub I mentioned does meals but I can't remember whether it has a TV. Anyway, Tony & Andy like to go there and they are set in their ways
