Now, now! Don't go wishing ill luck on others- creates bad vibes!! Just hope the team that deserves to go down goes down. (Mind you, as I recall, a Carlisle person posted on Shrewsweb last season something to the effect of "You're gan down! Ha! Ha!" To which one of our lot replied, "Speak English, you half-Scottish Monkey- hanger!!") My case rests!

Yes, please, please, please.
They cost me (and many hundreds of others) a lot of money last year (LDV game), and the club were so arrogant about it.
Wasn't too pleased with their supporters at THAT game at the end of the season either.
It's THEIR turn this year - I'd even look forward to going there next season just to point it out to them.

strange, i thought their supporters were superb after 'that' game at the end of last season, and the conduct of Roddy Collins in the post match interviews was also impressive. still want the f***ers to go down tho

Yes I hate the club for the way they treated us last season for that LDV tie, w**&*&" !!
However I do have some sympathy for their fans. They've stuck by their club in number and travel away in equal impressive followings despite season after season after season of turmoil.

If we get promoted i want them to survive (for one more year)
- if we fail, then feck um, let them play us n the conference
not that i am biased ;D

I've got a friend who's a big Carlisle fan so as much as I think they've outstayed their welcome in the league I'd really quite like it if they stayed up.
can't see it happening though!!!

Some of us may consider that Shrewsbury Town are one of the biggest clubs to be relegated out of the league but surely Carlisle would be a bigger casualty? For a brief period werent they top of the old first division?. Since then they seemed to have followed us through the leagues so perhaps the big drop is inevitable. If we stay down I would prefer a closer club like Cheltenham or Macclesfield to join us.

The Scottish League is like a closed shop, unless another club resigns, they wont be able to join that, so they will have to join the Conference.
The Conference is far too southern influenced at the moment, the arrival of Carlisle and Darlo would certainly even it out.

Maybe it was Sc***horpe supporters then that I heard talking in extremely loud voices going on about ending the season at a 'Non League Ground'. I thought that was really below the belt.
Agree about Roddy Collins after THAT game - perhaps he was SO thankful that he had kept them up once again. Bet they wish he was still there now.
