A telford fan said:
"First in the queue was Adrian Harris, 42, from Wellington. Mr Harris said: "I thought there would be more here to be honest."

At least if queues become long, then the Telford fans will be able to stand on the nice, firm, solid, clean tarmac with grace's the away car park! ;D

alfreton only brought about 50 and i dont think it will sell out either but you never know with all the fair weathers that will attach themselves to telford for one game, like at crewe. id never have dreamt of getting over 2000 for a trophy game before this season so it was a bit successful and loyalshrew were not infactuated with shrewsbury, we just like the banter and need to come on here to keep your arrogance down just joking dont start boys(and girls)

As soon as ii read this in the Shrops Star i new someone would post it on here, taking the p***.There were never going to be many people queuing today as Lee rightly says it was season ticket holders only, and they had all day to collect them.Tomorrow and Friday may be different and hopefully we won't have the problem you lot had with someof your loyal fans missing out on tickets against Everton and chelsea. As for the voucher scheme we had 2000 fans there last night which if everyone uses there voucher that accounts for 4000 tickets straight away.So all in all i don't think its going to be far off a sell out. Which in turn will probably cause problems for you guys as if we can get that many in against Millwall i can't see us giving you extra tickets when we play you. Then some of you will have something to whinge about or should that say something else
