According to their website they're top of the Unibond with two games in hand. Could be a tricky fixture.

Typical - the only team in the draw within 5 minutes of my new adress and we draw them at the Meadow!
Still, I'm pretty happy with the draw - an interesting fixture, as well as being one we should win.

Unibond Premier, isn't that Radcliffe Borough's league?, maybe Jody can give us the low down on them
Good draw this, anyone at home is good, and this is more interesting that playing another Conference team.
They've got a couple of useful lads in midfield, Jon McCarthy (if his legs ain't gone yet) and particularly Roy Hunter, ex WBA and Northampton, who is a very decent player

Hopefully JQ will use this game to play the youngsters again and if we get beaten good luck to Hucknall though it be a little disapointing to lose to a lower league side.

They have one or two names in their squad that may be familiar to some of you, Jon McCarthy (ex-Vale, Brum and Carlisle), Roy Hunter (ex-Northampton) and Alistair Asher and Danny Bacon who both come thru the youth ranks at nearby Mansfield.
The game will be far from easy but I'm hoping we can use the home draw to our advantage and hopefully get a good run going, it's a competition to make money and raise the profile of the club.

Dean Barrick is ex-league (Sheff Wed I think), and they also have a Mark Ward, is it the ex Everton player, or is he way too old now ?

This is an excellent draw, at home to lower league opposition. We couldn't have asked for much more.
Hucknall will no doubt provide Town with a tough test but it's one I'd hope for us to win

Have to say that with the moeny at stake (especially with people harking on about us recieving less money than we would be doing if we were in div3) then it would be down right criminal and stupid to treat this competition with contempt. Could I not be right in thinking that there is more prize money in the FA Trophy than in the LDV?
