The last heard Victor Kasule was working in a bank back in Scotland, any other clues?
Perhaps we could invite him back to a match the TBH best goal at the Meadow in recent times (A Rowley veterans excepted, with respect)

I should think the lad has either expereinced aids or alcohol poisoning by now.
Why don't players like that get the recognition they deserve? Why not have him on TV rather than prats like newbon, welsby, pougatch etc.??

the man's a total legend
I i stand by my claim that i have not seen a better goal by an STFC player
It may have been because I was young and things like that make a big impression, but it was such a good strike, he's hit it with everything

If you're referring to Gary Newbon, you're welcome to give him any details about me, send him over and I'll chin him. Cloughie should have done the job properly when he got the chance!
If its VC that wants them, send him too, will be nice to meet a legend, I might even let him share some of my Bombay Sapphire!!

Oi .. no I haven't get aids, or alcohol poisoning thank you very much. Age has taken it's toll, and I've had to calm down quite a lot since those wild days in the flesh-pots of Salop. ;D ;D (Actually I undertsand that the one-and-only, the real Vic Kasule is now working as a telephone operator in a call centre in Glasgow or something like that...)

Anyone remember a televised game at the Meadow late 70s early 80s for ITV. May have been a FA Cup game against Ipswich.
Unbeknown to us Newbon was on the gantry above the Riverside. Just before the teams came out he climbs down and walks across the pitch towards the tunnel.
Me and a few mates start chanting Gary Newbon your a w@@ker your a w@@ker. To our amazement most of the ground it up ;D

You couldn't beat star soccer in those days, If salop were on, all you could hear were the police dogs barking beneath the gantry!!! lol
