Playing Sammy on the right?
dont really know if it would work and if it aint broke dont fix it but..
He seems to be right footed or at least favour his right foot when dribbling shooting and at one point in todays game nded up on the right and put in a half decent cross!!
We all can see he isnt the best at crossing but if he is beating people on the outside and swinging his left(weaker) foot at it then you cant blame him for hitting bad crosses!!
Anyway not sure if i would try it or not just interested in other opinions ;D ;D

I'd leave him on the left personally. He's probably been our most consistent performer along with 3 of our defence (think you can work out the 3 ) I've picked Street on the right for next weeks selection as previously stated it would be harsh to leave him out with Edwards and O'Connor my favourites to lead the centre. But having said that, Glen Tolley linked up well with Edwards when he came on and maybe worth a go. Point to prove to Quinn.

id probably agree to leave him on the left but most gripes against the great man is lack of end product. (Except of course when people play to his main strength - heading ;D ;D ;D ;D)
Would just be interested to see if end product improved if he had the chance of swinging the old right foot at it!!
Whereever he plays keep it up Sammy!! ;D
Also thought he did well today talking to stephens and helping him throught the game!!

Since he can't cross or shoot with either foot, in theory you wouldn't have thought it'd make much difference, but to me he always seems much more dnagerous on the left for some reason, and he's playing so well there at the moment I reckon it's probably best to leave him there.
Even so, it might be interesting to try him and the right and Fitzpatrick on the left (once he's fit), or vice versa.

Have to say for someone with no end product he's looking quite effective.
What is an end product? is it a free kick ? A corner? maybe a troing deep inside the opposition half? If so then sam wins plenty of these anyway.
Have to say it must provide his team mates with a huge confidence boost to see that Sam has the beating of most of his opponents and thus watch him run rampent. Likewise it must have the opposite effect on the opposition.
Have to say I think he looks best when he has a sort of free role when he isn't tied to the wing, when he can saunter inwards looking for the ball or trying to dribble through everyone. Sam has shown that he can play intelligent football as well as impulsive football. It is just fantastic too see a flair player play with some consistancy.
I'd say to him start on the left, but if you need to look for the ball go hunting.
