Missed the top ten- fell asleep. (Work Saturday and not geared up to it again, yet!) I'm surprised Father Ted wasn't in the top ten. I used to love The Young Ones- my daughters and I used to laugh till we cried- especially at Neil the hippy.Mr Wiggy never understood why we liked it!
(I thought the student house- especially the toilet was exaggerated until I saw the house our youngest shared when she was at Uni!!) How did Blackadder get on? That's one of my favourites.

Difficult to list a top 10 - but looking at the BBC list there's some rubbish on it once you get past the top 40
1. Fawlty Towers 2. Father Ted (amazed this was not in the top10) 3. Blackadder 4. Porridge 5. Dad's Army 6. Fall and rise of Reggie Perrin 7. I'm Alan partridge (if it was just the series in travel lodge then this would be in my top 5) 8. Yes Minister 9. Only Fools and Horses (went on to long otherwise would be higher) 10. The office (this might go higher as time passes)
honourable mentions to Royle Family Rising Damp
fast rising pheonix nights
